Bentoshield MAX 7
BentoShield MAX7 is a geosynthetic clay liner consisting of natural sodium bentonite granules sandwiched between two polypropylene geotextile layers joined together using a needle-punching method. BentoShield MAX7 is suitable for waterproofing areas with low hydrostatic pressure and ideal environmental conditions.
Functions
Bentoshield Max 5 is a self-healing, waterproofing material that can be applied directly to compacted ground without the need for grout or protective screed, and remains effective throughout the structure's lifetime. It is used in construction sites with foundation depths of 8 meters or less.

An economical solution developed for deep foundations
Bentoshield Max 7 is a geosynthetic barrier material developed for use in deep foundations under normal conditions, containing a high amount of sodium bentonite. Once hydrated, Bentoshield Max 7 swells to form an impermeable, effective hydraulic barrier against liquids, water vapor, and gases.
Features
- Bentoshield Max 7 can be nailed to concrete wall surfaces.
- Bentoshield Max 7 does not require grout and can be applied directly onto compacted ground.
- Due to its high resistance to punctures, there is no need for a protective cap.

- Protective geotextile and protective panels are not used in foundation and curtain wall construction.
- Bentoshield Max 7 saves money and time by reducing the amount of excavation required, as it does not require grout or protective mortar.
