EnkaD Tube FLEX

EnkaD Tube FLEX
Geosynthetic bag elements, also known as dewatering pipes, are special engineering elements manufactured from high-strength woven fabric with filtration properties, composed of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) raw materials. Available in different types depending on their intended use (volumetric and areal), these elements can provide significant volumetric reduction.
Functions
Thanks to their high permeability, these fabrics allow for the rapid discharge of liquid contained within the mulch material. They are geosynthetic tube materials used in low-head pumps.
Drainage
Dehydration
Tube elements that provide rapid dehydration
Dehydration tubes, also known as geosynthetic tubes, are manufactured by composing pure polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) raw materials. They have different weave types and permeability depending on the material to be filled inside. Depending on the material to be dewatered, different types are available according to pump capacity (low head), and they are frequently preferred in projects such as large-diameter wastewater, lake and reservoir structures, industrial areas, agricultural areas, paper and pulp mills.
Features
- They ensure the rapid drainage of the liquid.
- They facilitate transportation because rapid dehydration can be achieved.
- Space loss in storage areas is prevented
- The waste is transported to the disposal site in a clean and safe manner.
- Significantly reduces carbon footprint compared to traditional methods
- Significantly reduces the volume of pumped material
